Godwin (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Godwin and its members.

To become a member of Godwin, the following conditions must be met:

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination at any time.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• The mobile number and email registered to the account must remain active.
• Accounts cannot be opened in the name of a corporate or business entity.

Godwin reserves the right to reject any application. A copy of a national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.

Godwin strictly prohibits underage gaming. To use this platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or older must be.

• Godwin may request a government-issued ID to verify your age at any point after registration.
• Withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete.
• If it is found that a minor has been using an account, that account will be immediately suspended and all associated transactions will be voided.

All financial transactions on Godwin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported:

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.
• If you have an active bonus, all wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

Godwin offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: This bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only. Each individual may claim this offer once.
• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus has a specific wagering multiplier (e.g. 10x, 20x, 30x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are restricted to specific games. Please check the offer details before use.
• Bonus Abuse: If a member attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, devices, or payment methods, their account will be terminated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Godwin:

• Misconduct or threats directed at other members or staff.

Godwin may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to provide the information required for verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If a member requests self-exclusion.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.

After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee may be deducted. Members will be notified in advance if this fee applies.

Godwin believes gaming should be purely for entertainment. We encourage our members to play responsibly and offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Session Limit: You can set a limit on how long you play in a single session in advance.
• Cooling-Off Period: Use this option if you need a temporary break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gaming is becoming a problem for you, you can opt for a long-term self-exclusion.

If a dispute arises between Godwin and a member, it will be resolved through the following process:

• The member must first contact our support team and provide full details of the issue.
• The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• For complex disputes, Godwin's management team will review the matter accordingly.
• Godwin's system logs and records will be treated as authoritative evidence at all stages.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, both parties may seek international arbitration.

Godwin reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• Members will be notified via their registered email.
• A notice will be prominently displayed on the platform.
• A minimum of 7 days' notice will be given before any changes come into effect.
• If a member does not agree with the updated Terms and Conditions, they may close their account.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
